QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT POLICY
The main objectives of CAMPING PLAYA LAS DUNAS, SCA are the SATISFACTION OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES, THE PREVENTION OF POLLUTION AND CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT.
To ensure these objectives, the Management has decided to adopt a Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for activities related to: Camping, bungalow and swimming pool services, as well as catering, supermarket and laundry and together with the staff, has developed the following guidelines:
• DETECT AND ANALYSE THE NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS OF INTERESTED PARTIES.
• COMPLYING WITH THE LEGAL AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED BY THE PARTIES INVOLVED IN THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY is the responsibility of all employees. To ensure this compliance, specific systems have been established for the provision of the service.
• CONTINUOUSLY TRAIN OUR STAFF to ensure that their qualifications are appropriate for carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Staff training includes environmental awareness activities, especially those related to the environmental aspects linked to each department or section.
• CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. To do this, we periodically review the system in order to detect weak points, document the progress made and develop management programs.
• REDUCE THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS GENERATED. To do this, operational controls are carried out on the identified environmental aspects.
• The organization uses the RISK ASSESSMENT methodology of the processes to prevent possible deviations or non-conformities of the quality management system.
• IDENTIFY THE LEGAL, REGULATORY AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS to which the organization subscribes and the environmental aspects. To this end, a system for identifying and evaluating compliance has been established. The staff and collaborators of CAMPING PLAYA LAS DUNAS apply and contribute to the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Quality and Environmental Management System, each from their specific responsibility.
