Frequently Asked Questions

  • How to make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our website.
  • From what age do children pay for camping?
Children from 0 to 2 years old are free. Children up to 9 years old are billed as children. Children over 10 years old are billed as adults.
  • Check-in time / Camping entrance
    • Camping with reservation: From 2:00 p.m. and before midnight.

    • Camping without reservation: From 12:00 noon (as long as there is availability) and before 10:00 p.m.
  • Booking conditions
The minimum reservation for camping in high season is 6 nights.

The reservation is personal and non-transferable, and this applies to the person accompanying the holder. Any substitution must be authorised by the Reservations Department and must always be done prior to arrival at the Campsite. Since acceptance is made based on certain data, if these data do not coincide upon arrival at the Campsite, the management is released from the obligation to make the reservation.

The selection of prices for the budget made on the Camping WEBSITE is provisional, since this option does not include all the concepts of the current rate. Other optional concepts will be settled in the final invoice.

Intentionally incorrectly completing the personal details of the online booking form will result in the cancellation of the booking. For financial purposes, this will be considered a "cancelled booking".

Any delay in the time and/or date of arrival of a reservation must be communicated, otherwise, after 24 hours the reservation will expire and the Camping Management will be able to dispose of the allocated plot or bungalow.

Notification of a delay in occupancy does not entail financial compensation or extension of stay.

"Organized groups" must contact the Reservations Department.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation and refund of a reservation:

    • Up to 15 days before arrival, full refund.
    • Up to 7 days before arrival, 50% refund.
    • Up to 6 days before arrival, there is no refund.
    • Non-refundable reservations are non-refundable and 100% must be paid at the time of booking.

Changing the date was also considered a “Reservation Cancellation”.

In any case, you can contact the reservations department: reservas@lasdunascamping.com
  • How big are the plots?
Because we are part of a Protected Space, called Periurban Park, the plots are irregular in size, characteristics and location.

We have plots located in a pine forest, in a eucalyptus forest and the so-called Winter Campsites, where we do not find vegetation that provides shade. For more information, please contact us by phone.
  • What happens if I arrive at a time when camping is not allowed?
Camping is not permitted after 10:00 p.m. If you have booked in advance, the maximum time to camp is midnight. Access is only permitted to the car park, spending the night there, and to the services and facilities inside. This overnight stay involves an additional cost.
  • Can I visit family/friends who are staying?
Visits require prior authorization, registration at reception and extra cost.
  • Animals, allowed and where?
Pets are allowed in the camping area, but not in the bungalow area.

    • DOCUMENTATION: Your dog must have insurance and a health card.

    • CARE AND HYGIENE: Your pet must be kept in good hygiene conditions to prevent parasites. For everyone's health, it is important that you pick up their "poop" when they do so outside of the designated areas.

    • CIRCULATION: For the safety of people, other animals and your own dog, you must keep it on a leash throughout the Camping grounds.

    • POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DOGS: This designation is given to dogs belonging to certain breeds that are regulated by specific rules, such as a special license for their owner, which enables them to have one, and others such as the use of a muzzle and a non-extendable leash of less than two meters in public spaces. The breeds considered potentially dangerous are: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Tosa Inu, Akita Inu.
