Life in the heart of nature. The campsite is located within the San Antón Dunes Periurban Park, included in the Network of Protected Natural Areas of Andalusia. It has a surface area of 12.20 ha and capacity for 2,157 people with 384 pitches.





1. CENTRAL CAMPING. Due to its open spaces, without trees, it is the so-called winter camping. Delimited pitches.

2. NORTH CAMPING. More than 38,000 m (square meters) of Stone Pine forest. Largest accommodation area with natural shade. Delimited pitches.

3. OASIS. Spacious, shade-free area. Marked pitches.

    You can make a reservation through our website.
  • From what age do children pay for camping?
    Children from 0 to 2 years old are free. Children up to 9 years old are billed as children. Children over 10 years old are billed as adults.
  • Check-in time / Camping entrance
    • Camping with reservation: From 2:00 p.m. and before midnight.

    • Camping without reservation: From 12:00 noon (as long as there is availability) and before 10:00 p.m.

    Processing of Personal Data

    In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, the user accepts that the personal data provided at the time of their reservation will be incorporated into a file owned by Grupo Taiga, hereinafter the company, with B47774146 and registered office at Camino de Pollos, number 8 47100 Tordesillas (Valladolid), for the management of the reservation system, the processing of your request, the control and management of the relationship with the users of the website who process reservations, as well as for the performance of statistical studies of the users registered on the aforementioned website that allow for the design of improvements in the services provided. All fields in the forms marked as mandatory must be completed for the correct processing of your requests. The personal data you provide will only be communicated to third parties in compliance with legal obligations or with your prior consent. The user expressly agrees that the bank details provided may be used to cover any penalties for cancellations or no-shows set out in the rate conditions. The processing of your reservations necessarily involves the processing indicated above, so the process cannot be carried out in the event of opposition to it. You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition as indicated below.

    Accuracy of data

    In any case, the user will be responsible for the veracity of the data provided, and the company reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be taken under the law. Likewise, the user must be duly authorized to provide data of third parties. Only with the consent of the future hotel guests, the user may enter their names and surnames in the Room Distribution section. Such information, which will allow the chosen hotel to provide a better service to its guests, is optional, so its provision by the user implies, under his or her exclusive responsibility, the assumption of the duty to inform them of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to offering personal information.

    Data processing during navigation

    In accordance with the obligation set forth in art. 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, you are informed that the company uses cookies. A cookie is a piece of text information that websites transfer to the hard drive of the computers that connect to them. We use session cookies to identify the user and maintain their identification status. Session cookies are automatically deleted from the hard drive when the session ends.     Hotel Responsibility

    Access to the website does not in any way imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. The portal only provides information about hotel rooms available at the time of requesting the aforementioned information, so if you make the reservation online, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal.     • 9) Your card details are collected in order to guarantee your reservation. Payment will be made in cash at the chosen hotel and only in the case of cancellations or no-shows will the reservation be cancelled and you will be charged as set out in the rate conditions.
    • 10) Offers will only be valid for as long as they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.

    Prices

    The prices indicated are Retail Prices VAT included.

    The price includes: Price per night based on the type of room and plan selected, except for hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.

    The price does not include: Any service not specified, as well as extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc.

    Check-in and check-out times: As a general rule and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 p.m. on the day of departure.

    Passports and visas

    All travellers, without exception (including children), must have their personal and family documentation in order, be it a passport or ID card, in accordance with current legislation. When the trip requires it, it will be their responsibility to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Minors under 18 years of age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in case it may be requested by any authority. In the event that the granting of visas is refused by any authority, for reasons particular to the user, or entry into the country is denied due to lack of the required documentation, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or due to not being in possession of the same, the hotel declines all responsibility for events of this nature, and any expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the consumer, and in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for the case of no-show will apply.

  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellation and refund of a reservation:

    For the Flexible rate : Cancellation free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date. After this period, the amount equivalent to 1 night's stay will be charged. The remaining amount will be automatically charged to the card 24 hours before arrival.

    For the Non-Refundable Rate 1 Modification : 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. In case of cancellation no refund will be made.

    You can change the dates of your stay once, up to 31 days before the original arrival date, keeping the same or higher price. You will only have to pay the difference if the price for the new dates is higher. Cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.

  • How big are the plots?
    Because we are part of a Protected Area, called a Periurban Park, our plots have different sizes, characteristics and locations. You can find plots with surfaces ranging from 40 m² to 90 m², adapted to different needs.

    We have plots located in a pine forest, in a eucalyptus forest and in areas called Winter Camping, where there is no vegetation to provide shade. For more information, please contact us by phone.

  • What happens if I arrive at a time when camping is not allowed?
    Camping is not permitted after 10:00 p.m. If you have booked in advance, the maximum time to camp is midnight. Access is only permitted to the car park, spending the night there, and to the services and facilities inside. This overnight stay involves an additional cost.
  • Can I visit family/friends who are staying?
    Visits require prior authorization, registration at reception and extra cost.
  • Animals, allowed and where?

    Pets are allowed in the camping area. Pets are not allowed in the bungalow area, except in the Poniente and Levante bungalows, where they are always welcome with prior payment.

    • DOCUMENTATION: Your dog must have insurance and a health card.


    • CARE AND HYGIENE: Your pet must be kept clean to prevent parasites. For everyone's health, it is important that you pick up their "poop" when they do it outside the established places.


    • CIRCULATION: For the safety of people, other animals and your own dog, you must keep it on a leash throughout the Camping grounds.


    • POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DOGS: This designation is given to dogs belonging to certain breeds that are regulated by specific rules, such as a special license for their owner, which enables him to have one, and others such as the use of a muzzle and a non-extendable leash of less than two meters in public spaces. The breeds considered potentially dangerous are: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Tosa Inu, Akita Inu.
